Tech Talks – have your say on the future of technology and innovation

We believe that the best innovators in the world are people with disabilities. And we think people with disabilities should be at the centre of technology development and innovation. 

Come and join Riley Saban, an entrepreneur in disability tech, who will be hosting the event live using eye-gaze speech generating technology. We think it might be the first time an event host is running an event like this using Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) and we want everyone to be there! No matter what age or ability. 

We want to know: What barriers do you encounter that technology could solve? And what great ideas do you have that you want to share with the community? 

Come along to our event on Wednesday August 23, 12pm and hear from some of the world’s best disability tech innovators about how to go from a small idea to a world-wide solution. 

Riley’s AAC tech that he will be using to run the live event, is a shining example of how innovation and technology enable people with disability in life changing ways.

With the World CP Day competition of global ideas for tech innovation just around the corner, this is our chance as an Australian community to get together and generate ideas and have our voices heard. 

We think we can create something incredible by using your problem solving skills, combined with the know-how of some of the world’s best technology creators.
